Reporting directly to our Head of Performance & Reward, you will be responsible for the implementation of the WorkDay compensation module for ING Australia, managing project deliverables in accordance with the Global Project timeline. Working closely with both our local & global Performance & Reward teams, you will play a critical role in the configuration, testing and deployment of this module.What you’ll do
Conducting frequent consultation, change and information sessions (including written communications) with HR and business to educate and embed solutions
Maintaining a customer and stakeholder focus throughout this project by having dashboard success metrics that are reported weekly
Supporting the performance and reward team on remuneration related (non-project) tasks when project work allows and/or team needs require
Ensuring processes are documented and strong governance underpins the implementation of new practices, in order to contribute to organisation knowledge repository
