We're on the lookout for a Senior Performance and Reward Consultant to join a dynamic team within the People and Culture division at a leading insurance and asset management company in Melbourne/Sydney.They foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and lifelong learning, where everyone can thrive, contribute, and make a meaningful difference in the world.What you'll do:
- Partner with key stakeholders Australia to shape and implement Performance & Reward (P&R) policies, programs, and practices.
- Collaborate with our People and Culture teams to deliver innovative performance, remuneration, and benefits solutions.
- Lead the annual Remuneration Review cycle with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain a robust job evaluation framework supported by market benchmarking data and insights.
- Develop and deliver P&R insights for Senior Management and the Board.
- Manage and/or support the administration of our incentive programs with finesse.
- Provide expert analysis and advice on Performance & Reward changes, staying ahead of legislative or ER developments.
- Extensive experience in performance and rewards advice, ideally within a complex regulated environment or consulting.
- Proficiency in HR systems, reporting, remuneration review software, and MS Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated customer-centric culture and collaborative mindset.
- Bonus points for automation and process improvement capabilities.
