- Lead by example by creating, executing, and reporting on high-quality performance test artefacts such as requirements matrices, performance test cases, defects, complex test data etc. and ensuring adherence to section standards and guidelines.
- Coach, mentor, and provide on-the-job training for members of the performance test team.
- Identify, create, and maintain documentation to support performance test delivery, meet reporting obligations, and define quality standards for the performance test team.
- Liaise with key project stakeholders to initiate, build, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the ICT Division, business, and operational areas.
- Tailor your communication (written and verbal) to respective audiences.
- Drive strategic thinking and innovation within the performance test team to increase efficiencies in delivery of quality outcomes, and advocate for the team and its benefits across the organisation.
- Provide technical advice on applications, systems, environments, data, and tools (etc.) to the performance test team and stakeholders to facilitate test project delivery.
