Airswift is seeking applicants as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Brisbane, Australia.
Role Description
This role will be focused on the recruitment of Permanent Recruitment in Australia-New Zealand. Over time the consultant will become an expert in their market and seen as a role model within the business.
For this position we are willing to consider candidates with recruitment experience or candidates with some sales experience that are interested in transitioning into recruitment. Graduates will also be considered.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including selling Airswift’s permanent hiring solution to sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Deliver a range of Permanent Recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients.
- Proactively hunt for new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue.
- Be able to demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and in a client facing environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Tenacious and determined to succeed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possess strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert.
- A great work ethic with desire to get the job at hand done.
- Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone-based sales role preferred, but not required.
- A decision maker and solutions provider.
- Be able to identify and secure sales opportunities across all the suite of services.
