Are you an experienced Personal Assistant with a background in General Insurance? Our client, a well-established and growing national law firm, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their dynamic and vibrant team.Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting experience is favourable, otherwise someone that is willing to upskill, WIP report
• Knowledge around court documentation and briefs, billing, and general admin duties
• Prepare Emails
• Front desk of help
• A candidate that can manage working in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail
• Speed quickly
• Knowledge around court documentation and briefs.
• Good people management skills.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience supporting an insurance legal team.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
