The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the purpose of this position is to assist in ensuring the effective running of the office. Assisting with HR functions, compliance, IT and infrastructure, marketing, office operations and coordinating staff training and mentoring.
- Diary management
- Assisting on HR functions including new employee files, position descriptions, booking interviews, etc
- Assisting to book staff events including Sales Meetings, Social Functions and Corporate Events
- Back up assistance to the Sales Administrator during peak busy times
- General administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Previous experience within an administrative role within the real estate industry, preferably knowledge of sales administration
- Intermediate computing skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and time management
