Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Primarily Work From Home (with 2-6 hours per week in person). Must be Kalgoorlie/Kambalda based
Hours: Flexible – You choose your hours; 5-10 hours per week with potential for more as we grow
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data.
- Community Management on Social Media: Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and manage interactions across various social media platforms.
- Content Creation Assistance: Support the development of engaging content for our social media, website, and other channels. Be on top of current social media trends to help with strategy.
- Stock Ordering for Vending Machines: Monitor inventory and order stock as needed to ensure machines are fully stocked.
- Email Management: Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service and support to our customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Invoice Management: Handle invoicing processes, including tracking and ensuring payments are made on time.

You are proactive and an open communicator, capable of receiving healthy criticism and confidently delivering tactful feedback when improvement is needed.
Tools you will need include:
- Your own computer/laptop with the ability for video conferencing
- Microsoft Office Suite available on your computer
- High-speed internet
- Mobile phone with the apps Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok
Ideally, you will have experience with most, if not all, of the following:
- Click Up, or other project management tools
- Google Workspace (aka G Suite)
- Dropbox, or equivalent
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Tik Tok/ Instagram trends
- Microsoft Office 365
- Zoom and/or Google Meet
