Our Client:
Seeking a hands-on and experienced Personal Assistant to assist a Director with the daily operations.
Key Duties:
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Monitoring the Director’s email inbox
- Scheduling meetings
- Boking travel and accommodation
- Calendar management
- Driving the Director to meetings around Perth Metro Area
- Assisting with personal tasks and shopping as required
- Other administrative duties as required
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant within the mining industry
- Manual Driver's Licence - preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, efficient, and self-motivated
