An opportunity exists for a supremely professional and confident individual with previous administration experience to become an integral member of our Wealth Management team.
Our Team Administrator/Personal Assistant will work closely with our Wealth Management team and be responsible for:
- Coordination of client meetings (including management of calendars)
- Coordination of the travel arrangements and accommodation
- Preparation of monthly billing
- General office administrative duties including maintenance of client records, purchase orders, database management and maintenance, and mail
- Responsible for internal and external verbal and written communication
- Monitoring and actioning of email and voicemail as delegated by the Partner
