The Personal Assistant to the Deans (Primary) at John Paul College is responsible for providing high-level support to ensure smooth running within the leadership team in our Primary School.
From diary and correspondence management, to acting as the first point of contact for our busy leadership team consisting of three Deans, the ability to flexibly contribute to team-based responsibilities as well as performing tasks independently is paramount for this role.
This full-time role will work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:15pm, with 6 weeks annual leave per year.
