Butler McIntyre & Butler is looking for a high level administrative, secretarial and organisational Personal Assistant to join our growing team.
You will act as Personal Assistant to the Lawyers by providing administrative, secretarial and organisational support, telephone screening, management of appointment diaries and keyboard services.
You will be preparing court documents and general correspondence of a legal nature from draft or dictated text.
Database information input, retrieval and production of ledger reports and tax invoices using the Legal Accounting Software.
Also, maintain a filing system of confidential documentation, ensuring the security of the Lawyer’s office as well as the confidence of the clients’ files.
The successful candidate will be professionally presented, have great written and verbal communication skills, be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure.
