Personal Assistant | Australia – Sydney

We're seeking a Personal Assistant to join Hunter Premium Funding based in our Sydney office and reporting into the Chief Executive Officer.

You'll be responsible for

  • Processing email correspondence and monitoring phone enquiries, prioritising and following up to ensure requests are actioned, escalated, or completed accurately.
  • Undertaking diary management and coordinating business and personal appointments and schedules as required.
  • Managing and coordinating meetings, ensuring meeting etiquette is followed with agendas, minute taking, actions, and next steps.
  • Communicating on behalf of and representing the CEO in meetings and forums as required.
  • Coordinating the organisation of executive level business functions, lunches and dinners, team events, business engagements, and travel arrangements in accordance with policies and procedures.

About you

  • Experience providing administrative and organisational support at a senior executive level in a corporate environment; demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
  • Demonstrated evidence of proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
  • High attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies with information.
