The Company

Access Engineering Systems is an established and reputable Australian owned building services company. We specialise in providing HVAC for a wide variety of commercial and industrial clients located in the Sydney CBD & Metropolitan areas, Sydney West, South and the NSW Central Coast. 

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Contracts Administrator to become part of our team.

The Position

We are looking for a proactive, organised individual with sound communication skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities and interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be adept at using digital systems like Simpro, possess a solid background in HVAC, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and Reporting
  • Scheduling and Coordination
  • Invoicing and Financial Management
  • Documentation and Compliance
  • Asset and Inventory Management
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders 
  • Quoting and Estimating
  • Training Coordination and Development
  • Administrative Functions
  • Work with other team members to ensure delivery of promises to customers, and to maximise lifetime business opportunities.
  • Be aware of overall Company financial objectives and work proactively to achieve those goals.
Skills and Experience

Contracts Administrator 

  • HVAC Experience is ideal.
  • Intermediate Computer skills
  • Sound level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent client & stakeholder management skills. 
  • A collaborative and team-focused approach.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications (365/SharePoint).
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Good attitude and approach to learning.
