DUTIES
- Provide PA support including the smooth running of the day to day agenda for two Managing Directors
- Coordinate and maintain the diary of both directors
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and handling phone calls, emailes
- Project Administration
- Assist Managing Directors with day to day operations
ABOUT YOU
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Experience within a building or construction firm preferred
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Attention to detail
