The Situation Our Client one of the largest Energy companies in the world. Due to further expansion they are seeking multiple PA/EAs for staff positions in UAE/Middle East. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to reside overseas whilst working for a world-leading organisation.

The Position: You will be working as an Personal Assistant within the organisation duties can include: 

• Diary and email management
• Attending meetings and being involved in actioning items
• Travel and accommodation bookings
• Liaise with internal and external contacts
• Manage client database
• Coordinate corporate and company events
• General administration and ad-hoc duties

Experience needed: 

• Experience in an administrative position - preferably in office management, personal or executive assisting. 
• highly motivated to progress in the administrative field 
• positive and motivated attitude
