The role will also require strong communication and relationship management skills, applicant must be proficient in Google Suite & Xero.
About the role:
Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with various administrative tasks such as drafting emails, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned by the Directors.
Run errands and handle personal tasks for the Directors as needed.
About you:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Flexible, willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
