Are you a seasoned Personal Assistant looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced individual to join our Energy Futures team. In this role, you will provide essential support to 3 General Managers, ensuring their time is optimised and their individual objectives are achieved. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, exercising your judgment and initiative to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
You will also;
Handle all aspects of travel coordination, ensuring seamless arrangements for our executives' business engagements
Tackle a variety of administrative tasks, from document creation to record-keeping, with attention to detail and professionalism
Maintain compliance with corporate governance standards by managing expenditure and documentation meticulously
Identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancing our support model to better align with divisional needs
Collaborate closely with our business, administration, and support teams to ensure consistency and continuous improvement
Provide relief support for the Executive General Manager's Personal Assistant as needed
What you’ll bring
Substantial experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant Supporting senior leaders in a complex organization
Advanced proficiency in business software such as MS Office, SAP, and Objective
Excellent organisational, self-management, and time management skills
Strong relationship-building skills with a customer service orientation
Ability to exercise judgment, initiative, and discretion in stakeholder management
Proficiency in document management control
