Job DescriptionThe key purpose of this role is to provide high level, effective administrative support and assistance
to the Directors of (7-9) and (10-12) whilst also supporting other administrative roles in the Senior School as required.A key element of this role includes responding to parent, staff and student queries on behalf of
the Directors and ensuring the student lifecycle processes and documentation is maintained accurately.This role is an ongoing, full-time role that will commence early May 2024.
The successful applicant must have:- Post-secondary study in business administration or related areas and/or comparable on the job experience
- Substantial (minimum 3-4 years) relevant experience with a record of successful performance, in providing support at a mid-senior level preferably in education, not-for-profit or service sectors in a Personal Assistant or support role.
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a vibrant and positive outlook, exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to build authentic, collaborative and productive relationships
- Must hold a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
- National Police History Check (Obtained within the last 6 months)
