Job DescriptionYou will support a minimum of two senior leaders and your primary focus is to provide outstanding administrative support and assistance for these leaders, and their teams where appropriate.
All of our teams are distributed across Asia Pacific, and therefore the role involves collaboration with executives, leaders and team members across multiple countries and locations.
Key responsibilities
- Extensive and complex diary management for busy leaders
- Travel coordination, including complex itineraries and visa applications
- Coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
- Preparing meeting agendas, presentations and calendar events
- Liaising with management in external businesses and international SEEK businesses
- Email management and serving as the primary point of contact for your leaders
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of integrity
- Reconciling expenses & invoices.
- Experience supporting Senior Executive/s and ability to manage multiple direct leaders and calendars
- Proven experience in broad administrative duties including but not limited to: extensive diary and travel management (international travel, visas and itineraries), expenses, and coordination of meetings, agendas, materials and presentations.
- Ability to handle and prioritise multiple and disparate tasks in a rapidly changing environment where adaptability is critical
- Comfort working with stakeholders across locations and countries, and supporting leaders and teams remotely (where required)
- A positive, helpful and can-do attitude with a strong sense of collaboration and flexibility
- Strong judgement and decision-making, knowing when to consult and when to act.
