Personal Assistant

Full Time PA role located in Kogarah

A family-run construction company based in Kogarah with on-site parking and a close-knit team culture.

Your new role

• PA to Development Director and owner (80% of the time) and working with Construction Director and owner (20% of the time)

• Managing boardroom including hospitality in boardroom (when required)

• Excellent computer skills, i.e. word, excel, PowerPoint

• Site visits occasionally

• Work with and on WHS safety folders

• Able to navigate through the new NSW Planning Portal (we’ll provide training for this)

• Help with development applications and construction certificates

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent personal presentation is paramount
• Able to work in a ‘blokey’ environment

What you'll get in return

Starting off on a temp basis, this role will then progress to permanent. You will have the ability to make it your own and get a handover with the current PA.
