This will create greater value for our members and deliver on our purpose to be "The driving force for a better WA" by 2030.RAC Finance (RACF) specialise in market leading finance products and services ranging from personal loans, investment notes and property development finance loans.What will you be doing?As a Personal Finance Assistant (Loan Processing), you will be responsible for processing successful personal loan applications and ensuring member service levels and responsible lending decisions are made within credit policy/procedures and targets.In addition, you will;Analysing and verifying supporting loan documentation to ensure accuracy and complianceProactively keep members informed of loan progress, outcomes and complete follow up calls to progress loan applications to settlementAnalysing all data and complete necessary credit assessment checks, to ensure an acceptable level of risk, complying with all legislative requirements including the National Credit CodeAchieve credit assessment targets in accordance with credit policy and procedureMaintaining accurate records and contributing to ongoing continuous improvement and process enhancements.What will you bring to the role?Previous loan preparation experience is required (banking or finance industry experience preferred)Experience in a customer service role (face to face or in a contact center environmentStrong communication skillsSound understanding of the national credit code, responsible lending obligations and Privacy ActWhat can we offer you?A career at RAC is more than just a job.
