Our client, a mining company in West Perth, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. This permanent full-time role is essential for managing the company's Accounts Payable functions and assisting in ensuring smooth payroll operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Liaising with HR and site managers to collate leave forms and reports
- Assisting in responding to payroll and leave queries from employees
- Serving as the contact point for the outsource payroll provider
- Preparing payroll documentation for bi-monthly and monthly cycles
- Processing Accounts Payable invoices and handling queries
- Managing supplier payments and scheduling
What you'll need:
- 2-3 years in a similar role
- Must have Pronto system experience
- Accounts Payable experience is essential
- Strong analytical skills and well organised
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
