The Role
To develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients by applying advanced legal knowledge and practices as well as providing accurate and high quality legal advice. Your duties will include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular and effective communication;
- Provide accurate legal advice and representation;
- Obtain maximum compensation for clients through opening new files, internal cross referrals, progressing files in a timely manner and resolving files with professional fees billed in accordance with targets;
- Draft legal documents in a concise and effective manner; and
- Effectively run Personal Injury matters from start to completion in a timely manner.
About You
If you're a motivated individual with:
- 2+ Years PAE;
- Experience in Personal Injuries or litigation;
- Autonomy and the ability to seek assistance when needed;
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional drafting skills;
- Effective communication and workload management skills; and
- A stellar team player.
