YOUR NEW ROLE
In this KEY valued role, being the right hand to a top calibre Personal Injury Lawyer with a flourishing institutional/historical child sex abuse & workers compensation practice and also benefiting from the mentorship of the Managing Partner (an industry-leading fully accredited specialist in Personal Injury law), you will love the immense satisfaction obtaining justice for seriously injured clients in respect of their :
- Abuse (majority); and
- Workers Compensation/Work injury damages/Public liability
claims.
You will have carriage of your own files and assist on more complex larger cases:
- liaising with clients/other solicitors/insurers and doctors, undertaking legal research, reviewing clinical/medical notes, arranging appointments, drafting various legal/court documents, briefing counsel and attending court.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are an admitted lawyer (or a law graduate soon to be admitted);
- can work FULL-TIME;
- have minimum 1 year OR MOREPersonal Injury legal experience in abuse law (essential) and workers compensation/public liability (not essential);
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
- can work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
