YOUR NEW ROLE

In this KEY valued role, being the right hand to a top calibre Personal Injury lawyer with a flourishing institutional/historical child sex abuse & workers compensation practice and also benefiting from the mentorship of the Managing Partner (an industry-leading fully accredited specialist in Personal Injury law),  you will love the  immense satisfaction obtaining justice for seriously injured clients in respect of their :

• Abuse (majority); and
• Workers Compensation/Work injury damages

claims.

You will have carriage of your own files and assist on more complex larger cases:

• liaising with clients/other solicitors/insurers and doctors, undertaking legal research, reviewing clinical/medical notes, arranging appointments, drafting various legal/court documents, briefing counsel and attending court.
