About Our Client

Job Title: Personnel Assistant Location: Mount Eliza, Victoria Type: Part time (2-3 days available) & Full time Permanent We are currently recruiting for a Personnel Assistant to support the CEO of an esteemed automotive car dealership company. This is available for both part time and/or full-time hours, permanent position based in Mount Eliza, Victoria.

While previous experience as a Personal Assistant is not mandatory, we are seeking a sharp individual with exceptional interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills. Additional Information: This role involves providing support to the CEO and his family, who have recently relocated to Melbourne, Australia. While the CEO's existing Executive Assistant manages travel and diary arrangements from Toronto, there is a need for a Personal Assistant based in Melbourne to provide long-term support.
