Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the grand opening of our newly renovated Petrol Station.
- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including rostering, ordering, financial management, fresh food sales, and staff management.
- Ensure strict compliance with OH&S regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated employees to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.
- Have input into and establishing all day to day procedures and implementation of all computerised systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience managing a Petrol Station is essential.
- Strong rostering, ordering, financial management, and staff management skills.
- Experience managing fresh food sales is highly desirable.
- Reliability, honesty, and enthusiasm for leading a new venture are paramount.
- A proven track record in managing businesses and achieving targets.
