Our client is a leading player in the fuel and lubricants industry, committed to providing exceptional customer service and fostering growth in the regional market. They are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join their Sales team as a Sales Manager based in the Dubbo area.
Role Summary:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Sales & Marketing team, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager. This position is responsible for the strategic development, growth, and management of a diverse portfolio of accounts across the Dubbo region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive solutions to customers, driving top-line revenue growth and profitability.
- Foster teamwork, acting as a natural leader to support the development of sales and depot team members.
- Influence internal and external relationships to ensure positive customer outcomes.
- Engage stakeholders throughout the business to deliver positive customer outcomes.
- Provide professional service to customers, managing existing customer orders.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, identifying prospects through the CRM system.
- Actively promote lubricant sales as part of the depot business.
- Manage safety, credit, and contractual risks.
- Ensure clarity and accountability in the role to deliver results aligned with organisational goals.
What are we looking for:
- Ideally previous sales background in Fuels, Lubricants or Bulk Goods products but not essential
- Demonstrated business development experience with SMEs and large regional/national customers.
- Strong customer experience and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and influencing external parties.
- Analytical awareness of business drivers, competition, and customer profitability.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial results and systems.
