This role is for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to lead their brand journey and leave an indelible mark on the healthcare landscape.

- Salary guide: $110,000 per annum + super

A normal day includes:
- Brand Architect: Dive deep into their portfolio of brands. Understand their mechanisms, benefits, and impact. You’ll be the guardian of their brand’s integrity.
- Visionary Communicator: Shape and articulate their brand’s vision and mission. Your words will resonate with their audience, leaving an indelible mark.
- Strategic Navigator: Translate brand elements into actionable go-to-market plans, orchestrating campaigns that ignite curiosity and drive action.
- Creative Catalyst: Collaborate with designers, writers, and dreamers to craft captivating visuals and narratives. Your creativity will spark conversations and inspire loyalty.
- Market Whisperer: Keep your finger on the pulse of the pharmaceutical landscape. Monitor competitors, regulatory changes, and therapeutic trends
- ROI Whisperer: Measure campaign performance, assess ROI, and fine-tune their strategies. Data-driven decisions are your secret sauce.
- Growth Architect: Devise innovative strategies that propel their brand forward. You’re not just building awareness; you’re building a legacy.

You'll need
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor of Marketing or a related field
- A strategic mind with a dash of creativity.
- Strong analytical skills (numbers don’t scare you).
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines especially TGA.
