The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Pharmacist in Charge to play a pivotal role in our team. We seek a pharmacist for both our Robina and Coolangatta clinics. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will be entrusted with ensuring an exceptional patient experience, achieving revenue targets, nurturing the growth of our dispensary staff, and upholding strict compliance with inventory, security, and system protocols. We are looking for a sales-focused professional who is passionate about the potential benefits of medical cannabis.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivating and guiding a team of pharmacists and assistants to excel in their roles.
- Establishing and executing effective systems and processes within the dispensary.
- Collaborating closely with prescribing physicians to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participating in clinic and dispensary meetings to communicate stock availability.
- Providing education and consultation to patients regarding their medications.
- Accurately dispensing medications in a timely manner.
- Maintaining meticulous customer records.
- Upholding strict compliance with pharmacy guidelines and regulations.
- Managing stock orders and inventory, ensuring precise balance tracking.
- Ensuring a secure and hygienic working environment.
- Adhering to a flexible 7-day work roster with the potential to work at multiple locations.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- APHRA registration to practice as a Pharmacist (with no restrictions) in Australia
- Experience working as a Pharmacist and/or Pharmacy manager in a fast paced environment
- Experience receiving, processing orders, dispensing S4/S8 medications
- Ability to be trained up on new pharmacy related software to improve efficiencies
