What you'll do
Make a name for yourself and become a key part of our Victorian leadership team at Ramsay Pharmacy Balaclava. This Pharmacy is embedded in the local community and provides a diverse range of professional services to our patients across South-East Melbourne. As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead our site operations and work collaboratively allied health professionals to deliver centralised patient care. This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to venture into management, and acquire the necessary leadership skills for a successful career!
- Provide dispensary operations, pharmacy services, and medication supply, catering to the needs of our valued patients and customers of the Southeast Melbourne region.
- Mentor and develop the skills of our staff, including work direction, rostering, leave and performance expectations.
- Drive and lead a wide range of professional services and health promotion campaigns, including: Vaccinations, Opioid replacement therapy & DAAs.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines.
- A vaccination certificate or experience with immunisations is highly regarded
- Previous or current pharmacotherapy experience is also highly regarded but not essential
- Up to date COVID-19 vaccinations using vaccines approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
- A national police check within the last 12 months
- Management training & development for the successful applicant
