Commercial Property Manager

The Role: We're looking for a dedicated Commercial Property Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in Commercial Property management. This role is perfect for a process-driven individual with a deep understanding of property management, who is passionate about taking their career to new heights within a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update lease and property information on CIRRUS management software.
• Manage arrears and carry out rent reviews.
• Set up and manage property budgets.
• Diary management, including tracking lease options and expiries.
• Generate and review Creditor Outstanding reports.
• Process invoices efficiently using automated systems.
• Manage insurance policies and maintain meticulous records.
• Administer Landlord Portal and provide timely Landlord Reporting.
• Conduct general database management.
• Use CIRRUS FM & manage work orders, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Address tenant and owner enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Oversee financial management, including budgets and outgoings, with a solid grasp of OPEX and Recoverables.
• Conduct thorough property inspections and oversee maintenance contracts to ensure compliance and asset integrity.
• Work with Facilities Manager (where applicable) on projects such as fit-outs, makegoods, and capex initiatives.
• Rigorous management of statutory documentation and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Property management.
• Strong understanding of Property Law Acts, operational budgets, and property management fundamentals.
• Professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Valid Certificate of Registration for the Real Estate Industry.
• Experience with Cirrus 8 & Cirrus 8 FM is desirable but not essential.
• Ongoing training is provided
