Form of workProvide an efficient, patient-centred and innovative clinical pharmacy service to patients accessing the Discharge Transit Centre that is aligned to organisational goals, professional standards and legislative requirements.
About the role
- Provide coordination and supervision of the DTC pharmacy team to ensure the service is delivered safely and efficiently.
- Support the delivery of operational pharmacy functions including dispensing, distribution and procurement of medicines.
