We are seeking a passionate Pharmacy Assistant with exceptional customer service skills to join our team at Redcliffe Superclinic Pharmacy.
- Part time role; 4 days p/w; weekdays 9am – 4pm
- Experience in Pharmacy is preferred
- S2/S3 certificate qualified
What does a Pharmacy Assistant do?
Our Pharmacy Assistants are often the first port of call when customers come into our store. You will be responsible for sales, top level customer service and giving advice on over the counter medicines where appropriate. At Redcliffe Superclinic, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest level of service in all aspects of our pharmacies, and our Pharmacy Assistants act as shining examples of this philosophy.
What’s required to be a Pharmacy Assistant?
We’re looking for someone with great attention to detail and an eye for merchandising. You will need strong communication skills and an ability to execute exceptional customer service on a consistent basis. A Pharmacy Assistant should have experience working as part of a team and, because there are so many different things to do, it’s important you can multi task.
You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.
Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Maintain the presentation of the store and service areas
- Process sales through the till
- Greet customers and proactively ask them if they need assistance, and refer to the Pharmacist as required
- Accept prescriptions to be dispensed
- Always work within QCPP standards and follow all Health and Safety legislation
