Form of workA unique and exciting opportunity exists for the Pharmacy Assistant to provide the patients of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service with best practice pharmaceutical care in accordance with their needs and the policies and priorities of the Health Service.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Prescription preparation and associated activities.
- Materials management including medicine distribution, stock management and bulk handling.
- Clinical Unit Based Pharmacy Assistant (CUBPA) services including inpatient supplies, discharge prescriptions and preparation of discharge medication records.
- Non aseptic preparation of pharmaceutical products.
- Clinical Trials dispensing.
Salary between $2355.90 - $2476.60 p.f. (CA3) (fixed term temporary full-time positions available for six months). Applications will remain current for the duration of the vacancy.
