The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate and confident Physiotherapist to join our team in a full-time capacity where flexible arrangements can be provided. Your caseload will involve musculoskeletal, sporting injuries, gym rehab, spinal and holistic health services.
 
You will focus on making a difference to your client’s lives, not just getting them out of acute pain. You will learn communication and health change skills to connect with your clients, and you will improve their lives with the skills you possess.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Manage and build on our large existing client base by developing a loyal caseload
• Treat sports and spinal injuries
• Construct and implement exercise programs
• Provide a holistic approach to client care via the identification of the underlying causes of injury with a focus on optimal lifelong physical health
• Develop excellent rapport with your clients
• Participate in marketing by educating our community
• Liaise with local GP's, personal trainers, running coaches and sport teams
• Demonstrate a commitment to improving your knowledge and clinical skills
• Participate in our Professional Development sessions

About you

We are looking for someone who is;

• Degree in Physiotherapy 
• We are particularly interested in candidates with 6-18 months of private practice experience, though we are open to high motivated new graduates' - or something along those lines!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish genuine rapport with clients
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and quality care
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
• AHPRA/ESSA etc registration/accreditation
