About the Physiotherapist role
Provide physiotherapy services for people who are eligible for the various funding streams which YourCH clients are eligible for. The position is underpinned by reablement, chronic disease self-management and health promotion frameworks.
Reporting to the Physiotherapy Coordinator, this is an ongoing part-time role (.5 FTE)
Your Passion and Commitment will see you:
- Deliver quality care using you skills in assessment, planning, implementation, treatment and management of your clients.
- Liaise with service providers to facilitate client care.
- Evaluate progress and outcomes and discuss outcomes with clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in professional supervision and provide student supervision.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Recognised Physiotherapy qualification
- Eligible for membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association
- Full AHPRA Physiotherapy Registration
- Current Victorian Drivers License
- Relevant experience working with adult and older adult populations
- Experience working with vulnerable clients and those from diverse backgrounds
- Highly developed communication, organisational and technology skills
