In recent times we have celebrated increased growth and successes and as a result have an open position for a permanent full-time Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable
Tasks and responsibilities for the above positions will include but are not limited to;
- Accurately verify and process all Purchase Orders, supplier invoices and credit notes
- Monthly creditor reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
- Supplier management
- Ensure all invoices are paid withing the agreed trading terms
- Daily preparation of payment runs
- Administration tasks on an ad hoc basis
To be successful for the position, the candidate should have;
- 2+ years experience in a similar role (beneficial but not essential)
- Well-developed computer skills, particularly in relation to Microsoft Excel and office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great attention to detail
