Physiotherapist - Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Clinic Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a general caseload while providing mentorship to junior staff and student placements. Additionally, you will oversee the team's professional development program, ensuring quality control of physiotherapy services. Collaboration with the Practice Manager and Director will be essential in identifying opportunities for clinic growth and development.

• Manage a diverse caseload, utilizing a combination of manual therapies and Pilates techniques.
• Mentor junior staff and students, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
• Lead the team's professional development program to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Ensure quality control of physiotherapy services, maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Liaise effectively with the Practice Manager and Director to align clinic objectives and strategies.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for clinic growth and development.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in private practice, with a strong background in manual therapies and Pilates.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in team management.
• Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (position not available to limited registration and sponsorship applicants).
