About the facility
The role is based out of the Torquay Community Health Centre and may include working across other community health sites. The Primary Care teams incorporate multi-disclipinary health professionals from allied health and nursing backgrounds and provides services to the Surf Coast catchment area. These dynamic and high performing teams provide services ranging from early intervention to the support of consumers with chronic and complex needs.
About the role
This a great opportunity to join an experienced multidisciplinary team to provide evidenced based Physiotherapy services to our community including GLA:D program. The successful applicant will be driven to provide collaborative, client centred care to achieve client goals in a range of mediums including face to face and telehealth. The role also requires the successful applicant to contribute to the development of high quality community based services and assist in meeting the key performance indicators.
