As a leading supplier of commercial project lighting solutions and custom manufactured architectural features within the Australian market, we are looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our tight-knit team.

About this opportunity
- Engage with a range of clients: wholesalers, contractors, builders, engineers, architects, designers, and end users
- Provide and convert quotations to sales orders, ensuring all project information is shared and correct within our online systems
- Communicate effectively and provide solutions to meet our customer’s needs, wants and expectations.
- Read and understand technical lighting specifications
- Ongoing development of your product knowledge, brand awareness and client base
- Accurate data management ensuring all documentation and procedures are maintained and followed in CRM and ERP system
- Consult with all departments to assist in the management of orders and on-time delivery of projects.
- Assist others when required within the Projects team
What it takes to be amazing in this role
- Previous experience in project management (Lighting, building and construction experience looked upon favorably)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional phone manner
- Ability to prioritise conflicting tasks, with a working knowledge of project coordination and order processing.
- Strong results orientation, and ability to drive projects to successful completion within deadlines.
- Strong scheduling skills to manage the necessary logistical activities required to provide an exceptional customer experience for product rollout.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think under pressure.
- Enjoy working as part of a busy team managing multiple projects.
- Ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products and CRM's
