We are currently seeking multiple Physiotherapists at regional Victoria to join our dynamic team of OTs and PTs and help us expand our services. Our main focus is on delivering high-quality services. Should you decide to just work remotely as a supervisor for a few hours a week, we might be able to accommodate that too.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, timely, evidence-based practice and assess clients in the community.
• Work within legislative, regulatory and scope of practice requirements and personal skill/experience level
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop and maintain care plans and clinical goals, and provide clinical treatment for allocated clients, related to:
• mobility, gait and associated equipment, including falls risk and assessments following falls
• acute or chronic illness, injury or condition that requires physiotherapy intervention
• Ensure a high level of professionalism, communication with all relevant stakeholders and apply a person-centred approach to care
• Ensure all documentation is of a high standard, is recorded in line with requirements for Apex Health Professionals, the clinical site and is aligned to medico-legal standards
• Seek advice and support as required from the Team Leader and other available resources
Key Selection Criteria
• Tertiary qualifications in the field - Needs to be a physiotherapist
• Professional indemnity insurance or eligibility to obtain
• you must hold general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA)
• Experience across a wide range of clinical conditions and service settings
• Current valid National Police Check indicating no previous or pending convictions
• Evidence of experience in meeting key performance measures
• Evidence of having provided excellent clinical intervention, person-centered practice and quality customer service
• Evidence of competency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn to use systems within a range of working environments
• Ability to travel outside the usual workplace &/or geographic area for short periods
