You will assist older people to maximise their independence and quality of life through the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services, which are aligned with the philosophy and values of Alwyndor Aged Care, government guidelines, and professional standards and ethics. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assessing and managing clients referred for physiotherapySelecting and applying measures of physiotherapy interventions that reflect current best practiceLiaising with other allied health professionals and stakeholders as requiredEnsuring that written and electronic records are compliant with professional and legal standardsDelegating appropriate tasks to therapy assistants and monitor that these are performed safely and effectivelyAbout YouWe are inviting applications from individuals with experience or recent graduates seeking to commence their career. You must have a current AHPRA registration and have a passion for working with older people. Prior experience working in the Aged Care industry, whilst not required, will be highly regarded.
