We are currently seeking a Planning Coordinator to join our team.
Day to day, the role will involve:- Development of program to comply with project requirements (program size, linked activities etc.);
- Developing the global project program (approvals, design, procurement, construction, O&M, OSD etc) and interaction with global technical works programs client interfaces and recognizing and maintaining awareness of the global critical path;
- Coordination with nominated subcontractors to jointly develop, review, challenge and integrate into global program;
- Development of resource curves/requirements to assist with time/cost optimisation;
- Identify risks and opportunities to the program and develop sensitivity analysis;
- Maintain relationships with JV project subcontractors, suppliers, community and stakeholders to optimize performance across the project;
- Prepare various strategies for all planning activities for projects, including program/resource optimisation;
- Ensure accuracy for all operational requirements of the Project;
- Evaluate all system capacity and analyse all production requirement and system deficiencies;
- Provide support to all operations and extension requests;
- Manage all communication and provide efficient feedback for all processes;
- Recommend appropriate improvements and ensure optimal quality of all project schedules and evaluate reports.
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline;
- Competency as a Project Planner on Civil Engineering projects;
- Understanding of programming software, like Primavera P6 or equivalent;
- Minimum 05 years relevant experience on large-scale infrastructure construction or energy projects;
- Understanding of software that encompasses 4D modelling, BIM and other digital engineering applications.
