To support our continual growth, we are searching for a Planning Officer to join our team.
This is a permanent full-time position on a Monday to Friday basis, within our Port Hedland office.

About the opportunity:
Reporting to the Planner, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of employee labour requirements to meet our labour obligations.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure that the job scheduling overview is created, updated and reflects the labour requirements.
- Assist with planning labour movements between work sites during rostered shifts, liaising with the Scheduling team.
- Enter data into the systems that is accurate, true and up-to-date, to ensure information for internal reporting, scheduling, dispatch and invoicing is accurate.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure labour ability and competency of employees to perform scheduled work.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years in a similar planning role within the resourcing or shutdown industry (desirable)
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
- Experience with scheduling systems, deemed advantageous
- High level of attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Strong ability to prioritise your workload, utilising effective time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of people
