Plant Manager - Precast Facility

Position Overview: 

As the Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our newly established Precast Facility. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in precast concrete manufacturing and possess strong leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Precast Facility.
• Oversee production schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of precast products.
• Implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes

Quality Assurance:

• Enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality precast concrete products.
• Implement and monitor adherence to industry standards and specifications.

Safety Compliance:

• Prioritize and enforce a culture of safety throughout the facility.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols and procedures.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and manage a skilled and motivated production team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Resource Management:

• Manage resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and manpower.
• Optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in precast concrete manufacturing, with at least [2] years in a managerial role.
