Plant Operator – Grain Cleaning

We are currently seeking a Plant Operator to operate our Grain Cleaning plant at our Narrabri facility to ensure we only ship the best products is exported to our buyers.  If you have previously worked in production, bulk handling or as a process worker, then we want to hear from you. 

This is a casual position with an opportunity to transition to full-time work.

You must be able to demonstrate the following: 

•  Your ability to learn quickly and embrace multi-skilling
•  Valid drivers' license 
•  Forklift license, front-end loader license advantageous 
•  A positive mindset and work effectively as part of a team
•  Demonstrate a strong attention to detail
•  Demonstrated high degree of sound judgment, resourcefulness, initiative
•  Accuracy and knowledge of safe work practices
•  Ability to communicate politely and effectively to all stakeholders
•  Be reliable and able to work flexible hours including various shifts and weekends.

Previous experience with grain receival, cleaning plant operations or similar processes is preferred  but not essential as training will be provided.

You must have the right to live and work in Australia, and be able to attend interviews in person. All positions with AGT Foods Australia are subject to pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening processes.
