Playscapes Team Leader / Landscape Labourer / Property Maintenance Gardener

We are looking to fill three positions:

• Playground Construction Team Leader
• Landscape Labourer 
• Property Maintenance Gardener 

All positions are full-time and require an immediate start.

About us  

Gadd Group are a fast-growing business that specialises in all forms of landscaping, property/estate maintenance services, vegetation management services and playscape construction. We are based on the Gold Coast and have Property Maintenance projects throughout QLD and Northern NSW. 

Duties will vary between positions:   

Playscapes Team Leader & Labourer

• Constructing nature play spaces - decking, forts, bush huts, hand pump, water play, rocks, logs etc 
• Building playgrounds including modular playground construction  
• Excavation and preparation of sub bases, mixing concrete 
• Installing rubber surfaces including wet pour rubber installation  
• Laying turf & synthetic grass installation  
• Planting, spreading mulch and irrigation systems  
• Constructing retaining walls and fencing  
• Using a laser level 
• Laying decking and Paving  
• General site labouring 
• Happy to work away from home on Projects as required
• Experience in landscape construction (playscapes will be highly regarded)

Property Maintenance: 

• Mowing, Edging, Hedging, Planting, Watering and Weeding 
• Experience in gardening and Property Maintenance is Essential 

All positions require: 

• Equipment and Tool Maintenance 
• Using our internal systems to record client interactions 
• Ensure the workplace is safe, healthy, and fit for purpose 
• A current Manual driver’s license  
• White Construction Card  
• Blue Card (working with children) or willing to get one  
• Ability to work well both unsupervised and in a team  
• Communicate politely and professionally with clients 
• Will give consent to take part in drug & alcohol screening which will produce drug & alcohol-free results
