This role is pivotal in managing and delivering a diverse range of plumbing projects, ensuring they align with the project’s scope, budget, and schedule. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and mentor our plumbing team to excel in their roles.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to ensure project requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding and addressing their needs.
- Communicate effectively, ensuring messages are timely, clear, concise, and respectful.
- Relay client concerns promptly to the Plumbing Director.
- Drive growth and identify business opportunities and challenges.
- Promote REX PLUMBING’s values and culture within the Ascot Group client division.
- Stay informed on all relevant Australian Standards and state-based regulations.
- Perform plumbing duties accurately according to construction drawings, scope of works, and legal requirements.
- Provide hands-on plumbing support when necessary and be available for on-call emergency works.
