We are looking for a full-time Plumbing Operations Manager to join the Senior Leadership team working closely with the directors, the Business Manager and the Estimating Manager. This role takes ownership for leading our team of plumbers, growing them in both skills and capabilities while achieving our jobs/ projects KPIs of being on time, on budget and satisfied customers.

Who we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams across high-volume maintenance jobs
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and develop innovative solutions
- Experience in being accountable for the successful delivery of projects/jobs while reporting the statistics to the business
- Demonstrated high understanding of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices
- Demonstrated experience in procurement, cost control and budget management for plumbing projects
- A leader who has a passion for developing, managing and coaching plumbing teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment, while
- Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Be responsible for maintaining a safe, accident-free and healthy workplace
To be successful:
- Qualified Plumber (VIC)
- Proven experience in managing a team (minimum 10) of Plumbers across both maintenance and project work
- Strong proven experience in using trade-based software (Aroflo or like)
- 10 + years experience in a similar role
- Strong proactive work ethic
